Take back control of your day! We give you options because it matters. When it comes to how you receive your order, you can make the best choice that’s right for you and your business. Did you know that with Duffells, there are 5 different ways you can receive your order…
1. Next Day Delivery
Direct delivery to you or your job Mondays – Saturdays with a choice of couriers
We offer next-day delivery Monday – Saturday free on orders over £150ex VAT or for a delivery charge of £7.50 per order. We can deliver your order on Saturdays for the same price as a normal weekday with the below couriers.
Orders must be placed before 1 pm weekdays to be despatched for next-day delivery. Please note that Saturday deliveries are made by courier between 9 am and 6 pm.
2. Delivered To You Extra Early The Next Working Day
A great option if you require your order early the next day. We can deliver it to you in the morning for an additional cost.
Premium delivery options are unfortunately not currently available for 48-hour delivery zones as well as these zones below:

3. Not In A Rush? 2 – 3 Day Delivery Service
Save some money on those smaller orders you don’t need urgently.
Choose our cheaper 2-3 day delivery service for smaller items that also fall below our free next-day delivery threshold. Availability is subject to maximum weight and length measurements. Items sent using this service are sent at your own risk. Orders can be tracked but they cannot be claimed for in the event they do not arrive.

A Few Things To Keep In Mind
LAST ORDER TIMES
Order before 1 pm weekdays (6 pm for phone orders) and we can dispatch your order for next working day delivery. Scottish customers must order before 11am on weekdays. This does not apply to the 48-hour zones listed above or to items marked with fixed lead times.
DELIVERY ADDRESSES
We can deliver anywhere you would like, be it to your usual address, to site, or direct to your customer. Simply specify your delivery address at the Checkout. Choose to save your delivery address for future use every time you order or whether you want documents removed from your parcel.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched we will send you an email containing the consignment number and a link to track your parcel. Fixed delivery time items will not be traceable.
Setting Your Preferred Default Delivery Method
Every time you order you can use any of these great delivery services, but you also have the option to set one as your preferred default delivery service. Just call us on 07957172116 and tell us which you would like as your pre-set option. If you are unsure, we are more than happy to discuss with you all the delivery options available for your account and location.
Remember, setting your default delivery option doesn’t mean you can’t benefit from the other choices when you want. It just means that next time you checkout, it will be pre-selected and filled in, speeding things up for you. You also won’t need to specify when you place your order over the phone, we will send your parcel based on your chosen default delivery option unless you state otherwise.
