Federal FD509HE Open Shackle Padlock 

Tested to the rigorous Standards, this solid steel bodied padlock are, Key Retaining and Deadlocking to ensure a great level of security.

The special Molybdenum hardened steel shackle is 9.5mm in diameter, with a generous internal shackle clearance of 28 x 20mm.
