Shipping
Your brand new item will be delivered by the Fedex/ DPD or Hermes courier service (UK & N. Ireland only).
 
At the moment we do not deliver outside of the UK & Northern Ireland so please contact us if you would like us to provide shipping costs.
 
All orders placed before 1.00pm will be dispatched that same working day, (bank holidays not included) orders placed after that time will dispatch the next working day.
 
Delivery usually takes between 2-3 working days. Delivery to Ireland & N. Ireland usually takes between 3-4 days.
 To help deliver a smooth service without any hitches, we do ask that someone will be available to sign for your parcel. Alternatively, you can detail any delivery instructions that you may have for the driver when placing your order.

Return Policy

1) We offer a no quibble 30 day money back guarantee for all goods shipped correctly that is not required. If the item is not required, please send the item back for a refund in its original condition, unused with its original packaging. The buyer will be responsible for all return postage costs for the return. 

2) For items which are faulty on receipt, please notify us within 7 days by e-mail through EBay only. We will then issue you with a returns number for reference and that should be quoted on all future correspondence. We will refund the return minimal postage costs for sending the items back to us, usually second class recorded/ sign for post if the item is confirmed as faulty.

3) In the unlikely event that a wrong item is received, please return the item to us within 7 days of receipt and we will send the correct item free of charge and all return costs will be covered. Please send using the minimal; postage costs for returning the item, usually second class recorder/ sign for post.
